New Smart Card Request Process

Local Nationals need to follow the following steps to obtain a CAC card:

1- Local Nationals must submit a 119 ticket to Enterprise Service Desk. (Note: You must provide your full name, organization, AKO Email, address and telephone).

2- Request a new card through your organization IMO. (Note: Italian LN supervisors need to ensure the sponsorship of the new hire with an AKO account).

3- Submit a request for a new card 45 to 60 days prior to expiration. (Note: Supervisors are requested to verify the submission of LN’s requests for new smart cards)
