Director

  • Program manager to USASETAF and USAG for engineering, environmental, housing, real estate, stationing integration, master planning, contract management, project management, and resource management for DPW programs.

Civilian Deputy Director

  • Assists the Director with the planning, organization, staffing and directing of programs. Professional advisor to the DPW, USAG Commander and senior staff regarding engineering matters. Establishes long range plans and determines goals and objectives.

Military Deputy Director

  • Assists/advises the Director and USAG Commander on matters relating to force protection, project safety, and troop construction. Act as liaison between DPW and troop units.

NATO Liaison Officer

  • Italian Military Liaison Officer (ILO), coordinates with Italian Military and Civilian authorities the temporary acquisition of training areas and infrastructure to be used by USASETAF military units. Provides assistance in command post exercises and field exercises, coordinates with US Mixed Commission, and Co.Mi.Pa., to clarify construction projects and expedite approval.

NCOIC

  • Manages the troop construction program, borrowed military manpower team and the troop self-help program. Is a point of contact for tenant activities and other major customers.

Operations Officer

  • Responsible for the formulation, coordination and execution of operational, emergency and disaster plans and policies for the USAG DPW, community and units assigned. Plans coordinates, administers, and implements the directorate operational programs.

Administration Officer

  • Provides administrative overview to develop, establish and disseminate internal and external procedures, policies and correspondence for streamlined operations. Liaison with Civilian Personnel Office in civilian personnel matters. In charge of the central publication reference library.

Administration Assistant

  • Provides administrative support to the staff in the accomplishment of the mission. Gathers information for preparation of periodic reports. Maintains, reviews and provides guidance on applicable procedures and regulations.
