Mission: Manage and implement new business solutions by providing continuous guidance on improvement planning and implementation.   Oversee quality management programs while administering special interest studies/projects for Garrison. Interpret and manage input for Garrison-wide initiatives.  Commanders focal point for strategy and management planning for the Installation.
