Operations & Maintenance
Responsible for the planning and execution of that portion of the USAG Commander's Real Property Management Activity (RPMA) mission that relates to the operation, maintenance, energy saving program and repair of the physical plant which includes buildings and structures, roads, airfields, other surfaced areas, storm drainage systems, improved and unimproved grounds, outdoor training areas and recreational facilities, special purpose facilities, and all utilities plants. Prepares Receiving Reports for various utilities bills (water/sewage, electricity, natural gas, fuel oil, refuse collection).

O&M Divisions includes the following branches:
- Buildings & Grounds
- Plans, coordinates, and accomplishes maintenance, repair, and improvements to buildings, structures, roads, airfields, grounds and drainage. Provides technical assistance and diagnostic component inspections on buildings, structures and related roads and grounds. Directs and supervises the functions of the Buildings and Structures, Roads and Land Management Shops and provides professional engineering support as required.

- Utilities
- Responsible for the planning, programming and accomplishing all operation, maintenance, and repair of all USAG utilities plants and systems, including boilers and heating plants and systems, water and sewage treatment plants and systems, A/C systems and electric/electronic systems. Provides solid fuels handling, storage, and issue. Maintains and repairs food service equipment and petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) storage and dispensing systems. Monitors and assembles statistical data on utilities consumption. Directs and supervises the functions of the Mechanic, Plumber, Electric Shops and Water and Boiler Plants and provides professional engineering support as required.
