• Engineering Services
  • Coordinates designs with using agency, USAG Staff and DPW organizational elements. Accomplishes engineering field surveys and prepares 35% concept designs. Performs review of all projects design in-house, by Navy ROICC and Corps of Engineers for technical sufficiency. Represents the USAG at design conferences for projects designed by other agencies.

• Job Order Contracting
  • Accomplishes small and medium sized repair and maintenance construction projeects required. Contracting lead time is reduced since JOC eliminates the need to formally advertise and solicit.

• Contract Management
  • Provides inspection services for all construction and services contracts. Coordinates contract work with using agency and other USAG Staff as appropriate. Administers a warranty program for each completed.

• Installation Management
  • Obtains Mixed Commission approval for all Vicenza Area construction and repair projects > $30,000 USD through the preparation of annual and out-of-cycle submission documentation in conjunction with annual Mixed Commission Meeting and quarterly CoMiPa meetings. Recommends and implements space management and utilization of real property assets through the preparation, presentation and coordination of Space and Planning Boards in accordance with Command mission and community requirements. Prepares and updates installation Master Plan including short-range plan, future development plan, basic and unique information map data, DD 1391 documentation, capital investment strategy and other stationing action documentation as required. Conducts regular inventories, maintains accountability, and provides liaison services for all consigned and leased Vicenza Area real property assets. Maintains and annually updates RPLANS & IFS-M real property databases. Conducts, presents and submits annual Installation Status Review (ISR)-Infrastructure assessment. Maintains and annually updates population strength figures for Army Stationing Installation Plan (ASIP) database.
