Army Community Service (ACS) will assist commanders in maintaining readiness of individuals, families and communities within America's Army by developing, coordinating, and delivering services that promote self-reliance, resiliency, and stability during war and peace. Army Community Service Programs To provide emergency financial assistance to eligible personnel. Contact: 634-8524
To promote soldier and family financial readiness. To provide consumer and financial classes. To assist in resolving consumer complaints. Provide timely information on investments, especially for new soldiers and family members. Contact: 634-8634
Soldier/Family Readiness (Family Advocacy) Prevent/reduce incidence of domestic violence, child abuse/neglect and spouse abuse, and promote healthy families. Advocate for families with special needs. Contact: 634-7489/7314
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) The Army Community Services EFMP staff will assist eligible family members by providing the family with information, referrals, crisis intervention and assistance to meet the individual needs of each exceptional family member. To assist relocating soldiers, family members, and DOD civilians by providing them with the tools they need to ensure a smooth relocation process. Contact: 634-8525
Employment Readiness Program (ERP) To assist family members in their employment search by providing current information on available positions, resume techniques and application information. Contact: 634-6884
Deployment/Mobilization Readiness To provide training and support for Family Readiness Groups, Family Readiness Group Leaders, and Commanders on family support issues. Contact: 634-8523

Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) A grass roots process to survey issues from installation up to Department of the Army. Family Force Forum (FFF). Contact: 634-7420
Army Volunteer Corps Coordinator To recruit, interview, place and support volunteers in the community. To maintain records of volunteer registration and hours, and plan recognition events for volunteers. Contact: 634-7942

Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) is an Army-wide program designed to provide dedicated and comprehensive support to Survivors of deceased Soldiers. The mission of SOS is to provide enhanced services to these Families.
